Parry Sound Waterfront Property

Born in Sarnia in 1963, my parents moved to Parry Sound in 1964. My father took the position of Chief Technician at the Parry Sound District General Hospital, where he remained until retirement 36 years later. My mother took a job at the local court house, where she finished her career in charge of the place. I have one brother, an insurance salesperson, and one sister, a real estate lawyer, who both reside here.

I began my career in customer service at age 9, when I took on a paper-route with my brother. Although it didn't last long, I took it on again at 11 on my own.

 At age 13 I was fixing bicycles for people out of a shed in my back yard.

When I was 16, I ventured further into that business as I opened up a bicycle shop with the assistance of the Royal Bank, in conjunction with the High School, in the Student Venture Capital program. My experience with business, taxes, government, and applications came early in life.

While running the shop I then began working at Campbell's Sports, and remained there until it burned in the fire of  1986.

That year my boss bought the Radio Shack and I began managing it until 1991, when I purchased the store.

No sales career would be complete with graduating to Real Estate, which I did in 2005. Now I get to help people with some of the most expensive purchases and sales of their lives.

I have many hobbies and interests, kind of a jack of all pastimes, master of none. I like bicycling, tennis, golf, and boating in the summer. In the winter it's cross country skiing, downhill, skating, and snowmobiling. At any time I would scuba dive, and enjoy home renovations ( with all of the necessary permits of course ).

My public service has included a two year term as the Training Officer with the Parry Sound Power and Sail Squadron, President of the South Seguin Snowmobile Club, member of the Waterfront Advisory Committee for the Town of Parry Sound, member of the Technology committee for the then West Parry Sound Board of Education. And currently as a director of the Parry Sound Chamber of Commerce.

I am a member of the Waterfront E-Team. This is group of Realtors focussing on waterfront property sales throughout Ontario.

I am a member of the Buffini and Company coaching program, i beleive in the importance of continued education, and building business on referrals.
